You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for digital banking channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business requirements to define detailed functional specifications.
• Manage and monitor risks and issues during requirement gathering.
• Transition requirements to designers to ensure technical understanding and completeness.
• Translate business requirements into actionable test scenarios and classify escalated test findings.
• Perform impact assessments and estimations for Project Change Requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Extensive knowledge of Singapore payment systems and workflows.
• Experience with payment products including TT, RTGS, LVP (NEFT), IMPS, UPI 2.0, and BillDesk.
• Deep understanding of Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, and Mass & Bulk payments.
• Experience elaborating Jira stories within Agile product development environments.
• Working knowledge of API and SWIFT protocols.
• Familiarity with financial services policies, procedures, and industry practices.
• Background in Digital Channels and transaction banking.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor Degree.
