Description

You will lead business analysis for complex technology platforms, bridging the gap between university stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, synthesize, and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Design scalable solutions balancing usability, system consistency, and maintainability.
• Document detailed functional requirements, user stories, and supporting artifacts like mock-ups and workflow diagrams.
• Facilitate consensus between business and technical teams and manage change control processes.
• Drive user acceptance testing, provide demos, and ensure business partner approval of new functionality.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Informatica, SnapLogic (API/Sync mgmt.), Oracle, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Experience with prototyping software to create rapid user concepts.
• Ability to lead projects independently across all development phases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to execute quickly.
• Experience managing both strategic planning and detailed implementation simultaneously.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience incorporating AI tools into standard functions to enhance efficiency.
• Background in higher education technology platforms.
