Description

You will lead business analysis for the IT Service Management and Remedy Modernization project, translating complex stakeholder needs into approved technical scope.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements, rules, and scope from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Develop process models, workflow diagrams, and business rules models to support system modernization.
• Create conceptual and logical data models, system context diagrams, and use case diagrams.
• Facilitate meetings to define product scope and deliver functional and technical design documentation.
• Produce as-is and to-be business process maps and IT capability assessments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology Business Analysis.
• Expertise in IIBA BABOK methodology.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow modeling.
• Experience with use case modeling and product scope management.
• Ability to develop conceptual and logical data models.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or Jama.
• Knowledge of Revised Code of Washington (RCWs), OCIO Policies, and ETPMO Standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with domain modeling and system context diagrams.
