Description

Lead IT analysis and application support for core enterprise systems, guiding teams through project phases and workflow design.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business workflow design with stakeholders and guide Application Analysts on efficiency improvements.
• Lead unit and integrated testing, including developing and validating testing scripts.
• Troubleshoot application and system hardware issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for resolution.
• Manage Disaster Recovery and Back Up requirements for assigned systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in healthcare IT.
• 2+ years supporting Health Information Management (HIM) IT applications.
• Experience supporting Revenue Cycle Management applications.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and HL7 Integration.
• Ability to perform application software upgrades and troubleshoot.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge and experience with HL7 Interfaces.
