Description

You will own the business analysis for Manufacturing Operations, translating needs into technical requirements and supporting MES implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document complex business and functional requirements, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and BRDs.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams.
• Analyze current manufacturing processes and recommend optimized future-state solutions, including EBR and equipment integration.
• Support MES implementation, including OSCAR Manufacturing Execution System enhancements and validation activities.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test scenarios, and manage defect resolution with developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, and IT Solution Delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for project documentation and collaboration.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to create process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation using Visio or similar tools.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and validation standards in regulated environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience with Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and equipment integration in Life Sciences or Biotech.
