Description

Manage complex, end-to-end projects involving global business and IT teams, coordinating between Finance, Operations, and Compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and industry best practices.
• Identify, document, and perform gap analysis to remediate process deficiencies.
• Create project documentation including project plans, FRDs, BRDs, and process flows.
• Extract and analyze data using complex SQL queries to support business requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Deep understanding of financial reconciliations and the lifecycle of financial trades (FI, Equities, ETDs, OTC derivatives, FX).
• Knowledge of trades clearing, settlement, and Swift messages (payments, cash management, trades, and confirmations).
• Experience with MQ, NDM, and SFTP protocols.
• Proficiency in MySQL and PL/SQL Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and MS Office.
• Background working within the Banking or Financial services industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing, configuring, and automating financial reports using PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, IntelliMatch, Proactive, or Duco.
