Key Responsibilities:
Lead endpoint management using Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM  
Manage Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment  
Design and maintain Windows 11, macOS, and VDI provisioning workflows  
Drive patch management, application deployment, and compliance  
Partner with Cybersecurity on endpoint security and privileged access  
Work with Okta, SSO, MFA, certificates, and PKI workflows  
Lead major incident escalations and Change Advisory Board reviews  
Mentor engineers and establish technical best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile:
7+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint engineering
At least 2 years at a Senior or Staff Engineer level
Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, and incident management skills
Experience supporting globally distributed teams and enterprise environments
Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring abilities
