Description

Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications and services. You own end-to-end technical delivery, decomposing complex problems and guiding junior developers and vendors.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, code, and debug software solutions adhering to enterprise standards.
• Oversee design efforts, provide technical estimates, and advise project managers and QA leads.
• Evaluate new tools, contribute to development standards, and maintain solution diagrams.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and software upgrades to improve IT capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance on coding, design, and work item decomposition.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience using C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend experience with Python 3+ and SQL.
• Hands-on cloud platform experience: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDb, CloudWatch) or Azure.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and IIS.
• Experience with version control (Git, SVN) and build tools (NuGet, NPM).
• Understanding of web service development, SOAP, WSDL, and XML.

Preferred Skills

• Background in large financial services or insurance companies.
• Familiarity with AI tools and generative AI resources.
