Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions for Meter-to-Cash and Customer Service processes, focusing on S/4HANA Utilities and Service Cloud. You will oversee design, configuration, and integration while ensuring strict adherence to DevSecOps and compliance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP S/4HANA Utilities and Service Cloud delivery, including design, configuration, and customization.
• Manage RICEFW development, ensuring full traceability to program requirements and business needs.
• Guide unit, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing, documenting results in Jira and qTest.
• Drive DevSecOps practices, including automated CI/CD pipelines, code scanning, and security analysis.
• Coordinate deployment, cutover, and hyper-care activities with NiSource and third-party vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP solution delivery, specifically S/4HANA Utilities.
• Strong expertise in RICEFW development and SAP integration patterns.
• Proficiency in implementing DevSecOps and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and qTest for test management and tracking.
• Experience managing end-to-end testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT, Performance).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Ability to work on-site in Columbus, Ohio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Service Cloud and Meter-to-Cash processes.
• Familiarity with SAP security roles, access models, and compliance requirements.
• Experience mentoring operational teams and managed service providers.
