Responsibilities

• Lead technical and infrastructure projects from inception through completion.
• Manage change management processes across the project lifecycle.
• Design and implement performance measurement and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure all project activities comply with state privacy regulations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technical and infrastructure project leadership.
• Active PMP certification (must provide certificate, date, curriculum, and contact info for verification).
• Demonstrated experience in performance measure design and reporting.
• Experience working in State Government environments.
• Knowledge of state privacy regulations.
• Working history in the state of Wisconsin.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale public sector infrastructure initiatives.
