Description

Lead technical integration projects involving ERP systems and external cloud applications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent technical projects involving data movement and system integrations.
• Define project scope for technical components and business processes to resolve ambiguity.
• Identify core business problems to scope highly visible, high-level transformation projects.
• Drive solutions forward by interfacing with product owners, vendors, internal technical teams, and business leads.
• Prioritize tasks and manage workflows across different teams.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of direct experience in project or program management.
• Extensive experience across the full system development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proven track record delivering solutions for both front-office and back-office stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management fundamentals, including project plans and MS Project.
• Experience managing integrations between ERPs (Oracle, SAP) and cloud applications.
• Ability to manage complex projects within a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication skills for driving business partner engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working within a matrixed organization.
