Description

You will manage L1 and selected L2 IT support, administering Microsoft Intune and Entra ID for enterprise endpoint compliance and identity control.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve incident and service requests within defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for device compliance and identity/access control.
• Configure endpoint security policies and troubleshoot issues across laptops, desktops, and collaboration devices.
• Maintain office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi 6 access points, firewalls, and conferencing systems.
• Document SOPs, maintain IT asset inventory, and drive process improvements for recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in IT operations, end-user support, or workplace technology.
• Administration of Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and policy enforcement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking fundamentals and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing processes for incident and service request management.
• Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Wi-Fi 6 networks and workplace technology support.
