Description

You own the product vision and execution strategy for the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the strategic product roadmap, defining milestones and releases aligned with business strategy.
• Rank and re-rank the backlog (features, bugs, technical debt) based on business value, risk, and urgency.
• Act as the primary communication link between users, stakeholders, and the development team.
• Translate high-level strategy into detailed, actionable User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate across design, development, and testing teams to ensure cohesive product delivery from concept to launch.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner.
• Expertise in Agile Methodology and Scrum practices.
• Deep practical knowledge of Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective).
• Ability to translate high-level concepts into detailed User Stories.
• Experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps with defined milestones.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholders and team members.
• Problem-solving skills demonstrated in product lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
