You will lead IT program and project delivery teams to ensure successful execution and implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT program and project delivery teams through the full lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholders through clear communication and collaborative planning.
• Navigate between high-level strategic oversight and hands-on detailed work.
• Deliver reporting and updates for C-level executives under pressure.
• Execute projects using both classical and agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT project or program management experience.
• Proven track record of leading delivery teams.
• Project management certification such as PMP or Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, specifically Jira and Jira Service Desk.
• Degree in engineering, information technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading ITSM implementation projects.
• ITIL/ITSM certification.
• Experience in the energy or trading industry.
