Description

Own the delivery of complex IT programs by leading a team of Project Managers and coordinating execution across multiple methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver assigned projects on time and within scope.
• Apply project management best practices using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid frameworks.
• Drive critical thinking and adaptability to resolve blockers and meet program outcomes.
• Manage resources and finances using Oracle ERP Resource and Financial modules.
• Communicate status and risks clearly to diverse stakeholders through written and verbal channels.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management or program management.
• Proven experience leading teams of Project Managers.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Monday.com, Planview, and Oracle ERP.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Health insurance industry experience, particularly in Open Enrollment (OEP/AEP) readiness planning.
• Experience working with healthcare clients.
