Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of complex IT integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project phases to ensure deliverables meet budget and timeline targets.
• Coordinate all project activities between the IT team, business owners, and stakeholders.
• Track performance against objectives and implement corrective strategies when targets slip.
• Create, manage, and update project documentation, including charters, risk plans, and budgets.
• Manage vendors, holding them accountable for delivery activities and identifying cross-project dependencies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing complex application and data integration projects.
• Detailed knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Proven experience managing mid-sized to large IT integration projects independently.
• Ability to apply Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project-delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in requirements and testing processes.
• Experience using Project and Portfolio Management tools (MS Project, Planview, SharePoint).
• Multi-disciplinary IT knowledge with proven systems deployment experience.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into detailed IT deliverables.
• Facilitation skills for managing cross-functional team discussions.
