You will manage the full lifecycle of complex IT integration projects, ensuring deliverables meet budget and timeline targets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project phases and track performance against objectives.
• Coordinate activities between the IT team, business owners, and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including charters, risk plans, and budgets.
• Manage vendors and identify cross-project dependencies.
• Implement corrective strategies when targets slip.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing complex application and data integration projects.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Proven ability to independently manage mid-sized to large IT integration projects.
• Expertise in applying Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project-delivery methodologies.
• Strong background in requirements and testing processes.
• Experience with Project and Portfolio Management tools (MS Project, Planview, SharePoint).
• Multidisciplinary IT knowledge with proven systems deployment experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to translate business needs into detailed IT deliverables.
• Facilitation skills for managing cross-functional team discussions.
