Lead end-to-end IT projects, managing scope, milestones, risks, and delivery within a global organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and assumptions while managing risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive communication between technical teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to align on goals.
• Oversee vendor selection, ensuring strict compliance with MSAs and contractual terms.
• Lead weekly status meetings, document minutes, and track action items and owners.
• Mentor junior project managers and develop departmental procedures, run books, and reports.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Planview.
• Advanced use of MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience managing resources and working with internal and external stakeholders in a global environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience with Windows Operating Systems.
• Proven ability to analyze change requests and provide guidance on original specifications.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification or experience.
