Description

Lead large, complex IT projects from initiation through final delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute full-scale project plans, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and change control.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage implementation processes for network, server, or software upgrades and PC deployments.
• Coordinate efforts between IT staff, internal partners, and third-party contractors to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Identify and resolve project dependencies, critical paths, and team conflicts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing complex IT implementations involving hardware, software, or network infrastructure.
• Ability to develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and budget proposals.
• Proficiency in requirement definition and feasibility/impact assessments.
• Strong ability to manage project scope and proactively address potential crises.
• Experience delegating tasks and managing project documentation and communications.
• Required physical, lifting, and sensory capabilities.
