Description

You will manage complex IT projects from initiation through final delivery, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Direct full-scale project development, including network, server, software implementation, and PC deployment projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, managing resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, and documentation.
• Manage project dependencies, the critical path, and contingency planning to mitigate potential crises.
• Conduct project postmortems to identify successful elements and create recommendation reports for future improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven expertise in project development.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex IT infrastructure and software implementation projects.
• Ability to draft budget proposals and manage resource acquisition.
• Strong proficiency in project scheduling, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
• Skill in negotiating resource allocation and managing cross-functional team dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree.
