You will lead IT projects and align technical direction with business priorities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and oversee the delivery of SDLC IT projects.
• Design and enforce IT policies, security frameworks, and disaster recovery plans.
• Execute financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Direct systems implementation and maintain IT governance standards.
• Collaborate with internal clients and bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT management and hands-on development.
• PMP certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Business Management.
• Experience with API and middleware.
• Proven track record in SDLC IT projects.
• Expertise in systems implementation and IT governance.
• Ability to manage technical direction alongside business requirements.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
