Description

You will manage complex IT application and data integration projects through their entire lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain project charters, schedules, risk management plans, communication plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and business owners to define project scopes, schedules, and requirements.
• Manage vendors, track performance against objectives, and implement corrective strategies.
• Communicate risk analysis and project status to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience specifically for complex application and data integration projects.
• Deep knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proven ability to apply Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project-delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing mid-sized to large IT integration projects independently.
• Proficiency with Project and Portfolio Management tools including MS Project, Planview, and SharePoint.
• Expertise in all aspects of requirements gathering and testing processes.
• Demonstrated experience with systems deployment.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix management environment.

Preferred Skills

• Professional experience within the Commercial Insurance industry.
