Description

You will lead the Pension Administration project for the State Define initiative, managing end-to-end delivery from planning to stakeholder adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for the project scope.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and report status updates to the Project Director.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for stakeholders on the new Pension Administration system.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience, specifically in ERP implementations.
• Expertise in Pension Administration systems.
• Knowledge of finance and administration for Pension and Payroll management.
• Strong implementation, project management, and change management skills.
• Experience managing projects in multi-stakeholder and multi-vendor environments.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
