Description

Lead complex IT migrations and manage project lifecycles within the Law and Justice sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage migrations of on-premises law and justice solutions to cloud-hosted environments including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Direct Agile and Scrum project implementations from inception to completion.
• Oversee vendor and contract management processes.
• Coordinate program management activities specifically tailored to legal and justice industry requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record migrating on-premises systems to SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environments.
• Experience managing Agile and Scrum implementations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Professional certification.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Experience with contract management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Journal Technology eSeries platforms including ePProsecutor, eCourt, eDefender, or eProbation.
• Advanced program management experience within the Law and Justice industry.
