You will manage end-to-end IT projects within Nursing Programs, overseeing the full lifecycle from initiation through closing.
Responsibilities
Execute all project phases including RFIs/RFPs, budgeting, phase documentation, task scheduling, and resource management.
Manage stakeholders across the enterprise, building rapport and resolving conflicts to align project goals with strategic objectives.
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly status and strategic reviews to IT leadership, technical owners, and executive sponsors.
Provide web editing and CMS support to cross-functional teams while managing platform improvements and integrations.
Assess and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
Required Skills
8+ years of IT project management experience or equivalent specialized work experience.
5+ years of experience successfully managing digital projects.
PMP certification.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience managing projects involving enterprise-level CMS, such as Episerver or similar.
Power user proficiency in Microsoft Project.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Technical familiarity with web project components including strategy, digital marketing, prototyping, visual design, front/back-end development, hosting, and networking.
