Description

You will manage complex, high-visibility enterprise application projects and mission-critical technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead project efforts using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Define project scope, objectives, cost estimates, and detailed execution plans.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and status reports while tracking risks and issues.
• Manage vendor integration, tracking deliverables and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Control project expenditures by monitoring budget variances and implementing corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technology experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, mission-critical enterprise technology projects.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong experience in budget management, financial tracking, and expenditure control.
• Ability to define project lifecycles, including scope, objectives, and cost estimation.
• Expertise in risk analysis, issue tracking, and mitigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology Project Management, MIS, Computer Science, or a closely related field (or 10+ years of applicable experience in lieu of degree).
• Ability to pass and maintain federal security clearances.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ServiceNow or an equivalent PPM tool.
