Description

Lead cross-functional IT project delivery within a formal PMO environment, owning the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Development, QA, Operations, and Infrastructure teams to execute project plans and manage dependencies.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning while tracking progress against milestones and budgets.
• Facilitate status reviews, steering committee discussions, and stakeholder communication across technical and business levels.
• Enforce PMO governance standards, reporting structures, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and best practices within the organization.

Required Skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects in a formal PMO setting.
• Hands-on expertise with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong capability in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across several departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise-level technology environments or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with PMO tools, dashboards, and enterprise reporting practices.
