You will manage technical, software, and data-centric IT projects, directing teams of 10 or more staff members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical, software, and data-centric IT projects from inception to completion.
• Direct teams of 10 or more staff members across complex initiatives.
• Oversee multi-layered projects consisting of multiple subprojects.
• Coordinate project workflows and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing technical, software, or data-centric IT projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ people.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience handling multi-layered projects with subprojects.
• Local residency in Indiana required.
• Ability to attend in-person interviews in Indiana.
