You will lead complex technical, software, and data-centric IT projects from initiation to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical, software, and reporting-centric IT projects.
• Direct teams of 10 or more staff members.
• Oversee projects consisting of multiple subprojects.
• Coordinate project delivery through all lifecycle stages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing technical or software-focused projects.
• Experience leading data and reporting-centric IT initiatives.
• Ability to manage large teams of 10+ personnel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be local to Indiana, USA for in-person interviews.
