Description

Lead the integration of acquired data centers and business functions into the organization, overseeing end-to-end M&A processes to align with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between acquired data center teams and internal global departments.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and manage timelines.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.
• Document all project decisions and steps for audit and future reference.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical project management experience in M&A environments.
• Experience managing integrations for business applications, end-user equipment, IT infrastructure, and information security.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Slack, and G Suite.
• Strong skills in risk identification, interdependency management, and mitigation planning.
• Ability to write comprehensive status reports and present updates to leadership.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Any Graduate degree.
