You will manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, risk management, and change control across concurrent initiatives.
• Lead IT integration efforts for M&A activities, including system consolidation and data migration.
• Partner with business leaders to capture requirements and define project success criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party resources.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project management experience on large-scale enterprise projects.
• Direct experience managing M&A integration projects (business and IT).
• Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, POS, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks, specifically CSM and SAFe.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Business acumen in supply chain and retail technology environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
