Description

Lead multiple large-scale, enterprise-level IT projects with minimal oversight, focusing on healthcare facility conversions resulting from mergers or acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects involving multiple ministries and locations to ensure high-quality deliverables and customer experience.
• Analyze business requirements and vendor statements of work to define project artifacts.
• Develop and maintain concrete project plans, charters, budget trackers, RACI matrices, and critical path milestones.
• Identify dependencies and risks early, collaborating with stakeholders to create and monitor mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project kick-offs and report status, GLRA, and change management progress to executive leadership through weekly reports and steering committee presentations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing large healthcare facility conversions resulting from mergers or acquisitions.
• Expertise in Change Management.
• Deep understanding of project planning, implementation, and tracking.
• Ability to manage enterprise-level project lifecycles and documentation repositories.
• Strong competency in risk management and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience executing PPMO processes and maintaining meticulous documentation for internal and external audits.
