Lead large-scale enterprise IT projects for healthcare facility conversions driven by mergers and acquisitions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects across multiple ministries and locations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze business requirements and vendor statements of work to define project artifacts.
• Develop project plans, charters, budget trackers, RACI matrices, and critical path milestones.
• Identify dependencies and risks early, creating and monitoring mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Facilitate kick-offs and report status, GLRA, and change management progress to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing healthcare facility conversions resulting from mergers or acquisitions.
• Expertise in Change Management.
• Deep understanding of project planning, implementation, and tracking.
• Ability to manage enterprise-level project lifecycles and documentation repositories.
• Strong competency in risk management and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience executing PPMO processes.
• Meticulous documentation maintenance for internal and external audits.
