Key Responsibilities

• Provide Program and Project Management Leadership for multiple concurrent projects
• Manage cross-functional roadmaps aligned to business strategy
• Own full lifecycle project delivery including scope, timeline, budget, and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Ensure adherence to SOX, SDLC, and IT policies and procedures
• Manage and report project budgets and ongoing run-rates
• Maintain project documentation: status, plans, issues logs, decision logs, RAID logs
• Incorporate change management, business readiness, and hypercare into large-scale delivery
• Own and maintain the technology portfolio and roadmap balancing integration, operational priorities, and business demand

Required Skills

• 10+ years of PMO, program, or project management experience with complex enterprise-level global deployments
• Experience managing ERP, OMS, digital commerce, or M&A integration programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), MuleSoft, OMS, PIM, DAM, and payment platforms
• Strong knowledge of apparel industry business models (Wholesale, Omnichannel, Retail)
• Experience managing highly integrated retail environments: ERP, eCommerce, POS, OMS, WMS, APIs, middleware, and third-party SaaS platforms
• Proven experience with RAID logs, critical path planning, and integrated master schedules
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
• Experience managing budgets for capital projects
• Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting
• Willingness to travel
