Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure and manufacturing systems projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and document scopes of work by coordinating with infrastructure and manufacturing subject matter experts.
• Develop project plans with critical path milestones aligned to business and vendor stakeholder requirements.
• Establish and report project KPIs to sponsors, stakeholders, and the IT Infrastructure PMO.
• Monitor budgets in real-time, tracking allocated versus spent funds and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate the transition of completed projects to operations teams for day-to-day management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and emergency initiatives.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise network solutions including multi-site connectivity, Data Centres, Wi-Fi, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience managing enterprise server, data, and backup solutions such as NAS, DR, and Server OS Upgrades.
• Technical proficiency in Server Patching and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks for managing IT resources and service offerings.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into concise documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience presenting project status and infrastructure health to senior leadership.
