Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and finalization of complex IT projects within strict deadlines, budgets, and scope.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets following PMO processes from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules in MS Project, including dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams through conflict resolution, issue management, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct project post-mortems and lessons learned to produce recommendation reports for process improvement.
• Communicate project KPIs and success expectations clearly to all stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of directly related project management experience, specifically leading projects within an IT setting.
• Expertise in Project Management Office (PMO) processes and governance.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project for schedule and dependency management.
• Proven experience working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions.
• Experience using SAP or similar enterprise software.
• Strong ability to forecast and manage project spend and budgetary approvals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage third-party contractors and consultants.
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
