Description

You will lead the full lifecycle migration of PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter from on-premise to the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, scope, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure project alignment and delivery success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Oversee cloud design, configuration, data integrity, system interoperability, and testing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide bi-weekly progress reports to leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter implementations and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud migration strategies and Data Security.
• 3+ years in Commercial Insurance industry projects.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Strong understanding of PMLC and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience working in matrixed environments and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficient with MS Project or similar project management platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field.
