Description

Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex IT projects, vendor teams, and cloud integrations end-to-end. 
• Present to executive steering committees and manage formal governance structures. 
• Integrate Organizational Change Management (OCM) to support adoption. 
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, scope changes, and risks.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience (strongly preferred). 
• Managed at least 3 complex IT projects in the last 5 years. 
• Strong background in Government of Saskatchewan, Crown corporations, or regulated public sector environments. 
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies
