Description

Lead complex IT projects focused on data warehousing, big data, and business intelligence within a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, including profit and loss, budget creation, and adherence.
• Lead release management processes and oversee data modeling, analysis, and migration tasks.
• Direct project delivery across internal and external stakeholders, including challenging customer environments.
• Execute project tasks with minimal supervision while managing shifting priorities and deadlines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years of hands-on Project Management.
• 3+ years managing Data Warehouse, Big Data (Cloudera or AWS), or Business Intelligence (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Cognos, or Business Objects) projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Teams, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Experience with Data Modeling, Data Analysis, and Data Migration.
• Strong financial management skills involving project budget and P&L oversight.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed organizational structure.
• Experience with SAP.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
• Healthcare industry experience.
