Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end software development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, customers, and stakeholders to drive project execution, issue resolution, and successful product delivery.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.

Manage customer onboarding, API support activities, production issue resolution, system monitoring, and operational support for enterprise applications.

Facilitate requirements gathering, release planning, stakeholder communication, and project governance to ensure business and customer expectations are met.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, managing dependencies, and driving continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline; master’s degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Systems Development, Software Delivery, or Enterprise Technology Programs.

Proven experience leading complex software development projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with hands-on expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, project governance, and stakeholder management.

Strong background in enterprise software development environments, customer-facing project delivery, operational support, risk management, and executive-level communication with business and technical stakeholders
