Description

You will lead end-to-end software development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex software delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to meet business and customer expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive execution, issue resolution, and successful product delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Manage customer onboarding, API support activities, production issue resolution, and operational support for enterprise applications.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, release planning, and project governance while mitigating risks and driving continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Systems Development, or Enterprise Technology Programs.
• Hands-on expertise in Jira and Azure DevOps for project tracking and governance.
• Proven track record leading complex software development projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in customer-facing project delivery and operational support.
• Experience with risk management and executive-level communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a technical discipline or business administration.
