Responsibilities
▪️Drive enterprise modernization and platform migration initiatives.
▪️Own the complete project lifecycle—from requirements to delivery.
▪️Partner with business leaders and engineering teams to define outcomes.
▪️Plan, track, and manage schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
▪️Lead Agile and Waterfall execution, including stand-ups and reviews.
▪️Monitor project health through RAID logs, audits, and testing.
▪️Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial variances.
▪️Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
▪️Handle change requests and ensure governance compliance.
▪️Support disaster recovery, backup, and security initiatives.
▪️Recommend process improvements based on trends and analysis.
▪️Ensure consistent quality standards across all deliverable.
