Description

You will lead a major modernization initiative within the Finance department, managing complex timelines and cross-team alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans covering multiple teams and work modules.
• Conduct regular meetings to coordinate efforts, gather status updates, and ensure alignment.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and technical details.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience focusing on large-scale modernization or transformation projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Release Management practices.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven ability to manage detailed project plans, timelines, and technical details.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience managing finance-related IT or technical projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
