Description

You will lead large-scale IT programs focused on supply chain quality and sustainability initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality and Sustainability Agile Release Train (ART) across global supply chain worksstreams.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, sprint execution, and cross-team synchronization.
• Oversee the delivery of programs including QMS enhancements, ESG Data Integration, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Manage multi-million-dollar program budgets ($3M–$10M), controlling cost and optimizing resources.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive project/program management experience, with 3+ years in global supply chain or sustainability initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage program budgets in the $3M–$10M range.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP or PLM.
• Experience applying Agile delivery frameworks (SAFe RTE preferred).
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB) and Regulatory Compliance (REACH, RoHS).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
