You will manage the scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality for wealth management project deliverables.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple project streams and oversee the implementation of wealth management platforms, including customization, testing, and business validation.
Lead stakeholder engagement by collaborating with executives, subject matter experts, and technology groups.
Facilitate monthly steering committees, program operating groups, and weekly vendor meetings.
Identify and mitigate project risks through effective governance and reporting processes.
Create presentation materials for variance governance meetings and provide regular status reports to senior management.
Required Skills
8-10 years of project management experience, specifically in financial services or banking.
PMP and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are required.
Proven leadership of teams and stakeholders of up to 50 people.
Experience delivering projects using PMBOK, PMF, PLC, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Strong background in both business and technology capacities.
Ability to analyze and understand complex business rules and processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience creating training materials and training end-users on new systems.
Experience managing vendor contracts.
Experience communicating with regulatory bodies and industry partners.
