Description

You will lead the planning and execution of wealth management project deliverables, managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project streams and oversee wealth management platform implementation, including customization and testing.
• Collaborate with executives, subject matter experts, and technology groups to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate monthly steering committees, program operating groups, and weekly vendor meetings.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through effective governance and reporting processes.
• Create presentation materials for variance governance and provide regular status updates to senior management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience in both business and technology capacities.
• PMP and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.
• Proven leadership of teams and stakeholders of up to 50 people.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in PMBOK, PMF, PLC, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience delivering projects within the financial services or banking sector.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or business.
