Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee vendor implementation projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, scope, risks, and changes.
• Work with Medicaid/clinical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Track UAT issues through completion.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Provide regular status reports covering progress, risks, blockers, and decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep projects on track.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years Medicaid/clinical knowledge and requirements/UAT experience.
• 3+ years managing vendor implementation projects.
• 3+ years managing integrated project plans, scope, schedules, risks, and change control.
• 5+ years of project reporting and stakeholder communication
