Description

You will administer and secure enterprise Web Application Firewalls, primarily Imperva, protecting critical web applications and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise WAF platforms, focusing on Imperva WAF for web application security.
• Onboard and offboard websites and applications to the WAF environment, ensuring proper security controls are in place.
• Create, update, and tune WAF policies, rules, and security controls to ensure application availability and protection.
• Monitor and investigate WAF alerts, events, and application-layer attacks to maintain a strong security posture.
• Troubleshoot web application issues related to WAF configurations and traffic management for optimal performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Information Security, Network Security Operations, or Cybersecurity.
• Proven expertise administering enterprise WAF platforms, specifically Imperva WAF.
• Strong knowledge of DNS Management, SSL/TLS, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
• Understanding of OWASP security principles and network security fundamentals.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting DNS records, CNAMEs, and SSL/TLS certificates.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM processes and workflow automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Email Security platforms (Check Point Harmony, Proofpoint, Mimecast, Microsoft Defender for Office 365).
• Certificate lifecycle management experience (Keyfactor, Venafi) and Microsoft PKI environments.
• Cloud-based application security knowledge in Azure and/or AWS.
