Description

Lead test plan definition and execution for web, desktop, API, and microservices applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test plans covering functional, regression, usability, UI, and performance testing.
• Manage automation projects by reviewing scope changes, priorities, and schedules.
• Drive QA processes and best practices to improve delivery quality and reliability.
• Track test and project metrics to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product teams to drive quality upstream and ensure build and customer acceptance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Strong experience with Selenium, preferably within a .NET environment.
• Deep understanding of SDLC phases and the testing life cycle.
• Proficiency with Agile software project management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and TFS.
• Experience using continuous integration tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
• Proven ability to define and execute comprehensive test suites and test cases.
• Strong business analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
