You provide technical support and maintain operational documentation for the technical track. You handle complex L2 calls and assist with L3 calls under the guidance of L3 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SOPs and runbooks for the technical track.
• Handle complex L2 technical escalations.
• Assist with L3 calls under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Provide telephonic and remote troubleshooting support.

Required Skills

• Experience with SOPs and operational documentation.
• Background in IT services.
• Ability to manage L2 technical escalations.
